Freezes without the charger

Hi all, I’m Attilio,an Italian guy.
Yesterday I bought a laptop but I have a problem: everything is ok when the charger is on but on battery mode the laptop freezes and I have to force the shutdown; anyone can help me?

Have you updated already? If not, then open a terminal window and enter

sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syyu

Afterwards, reboot.

Please provide some details of your system by posting output of

inxi -Fazy

Normal copy = [CTRL + C]
Normal paste = {CTRL + V
Terminal copy = [CTRL + SHIFT + C]
Terminal paste = {CTRL + SHIFT + V]

Type or copy inxi -Fazy in the ‘yakuake’-terminal
Than copy from terminal with [CTRL + SHIFT + C] the results/outuput
Insert here in the forum/answer the copied parts
Select with the mouse the inserted test in the answer and click on </> symbol on top of answer.
