Forum: verify new email error

i write in setting secondary e-mail, click “Resend confirmation by E-mail” then forum write to me letter with confirmation link, but when i follow on this link, forum answer to me:
“Oh! This page does not exist or is hidden from public view.”

how to verify new email?
