Flickering screen on Virtualbox

I am running Ubuntu VM and Virtualbox with a host Manjaro OS.

The screen on the VM flickers especially when I move it to the corners.

I have read something about disabling Wayland but I don’t know how to do that and whether it is something you do in the host or guest OS.

This has nothing to do with the host - most likely lack of drivers in the guest.

You should insert the guestutils guest additions iso - then run the installer from the iso

Is this the guest additions iso or something different?

That was me using the wrong name - guest additions iso is what I meant.

I have already installed the guest additions.
