Wallpaper not showing in workspace thumbnail

I have 2 questions with the new gnome shell interface :

• Is it normal that the wallpaper is not showing anymore in workspace thumbnails?
• Is the workspace thumbnails size correct?

Yes, but extensions can change that.

That’s the default. However, you can use the Gnome 4x UI Improvements GNOME Shell extension to increase the thumbnail size if you wish. The extension is installed by default on the full ISO. The package name is gnome-shell-extension-gnome-ui-tune.
