Firefox not opening with last update :S 100.0.1-1

Just updated what appeared in the pamac and now it won’t open what should i do?

Firefox version 100.0.1-1 not launching

I just updated to the latest Firefox version 100.0.1-1 using Pamac and it no longer launches. When launching it from the console, this is the error: ~ > firefox /usr/lib/firefox/firefox: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30’ not found (required by /usr/lib/firefox/firefox) Is it broken for everyone else or it’s just me? If it’s everyone I’ll just wait for the next update, otherwise if anyone has a recommendation on how to fix it that would be great.

Latest firefox has possible dependency issue with missing GLIBCXX_3.4.30

Hey all! I updated my system just a bit ago and it seems that it broke my firefox install, /usr/lib/firefox/firefox: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30' not found (required by /usr/lib/firefox/firefox) I checked i had the latest mirrors and i was getting all packages from the right repos, I think I’m up to date. It looks like i only have up to glib 29 though strings /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6 | grep GLIBCXX GLIBCXX_3.4 GLIBCXX_3.4.1 GLIBCXX_3.4.2 GLIBCXX_3.4.3 GLIBCXX_3.4.4 GLIBCX…

Hi. Maybe a mirror was out of sync. Try to refresh mirror list with
sudo pacman-mirrors -f5
and then refresh pacman database
sudo pacman -Syy
After that run full update.

Firefox 100 packages got wrongly forwarded from Unstable branch. Having there a different toolchain creates that issue. This is now reverted: [manjaro-packages] [BoxIt] Memo (x64) Please issue a regular sudo pacman -Syyuu to downgrade to a working version of Firefox.
