when forwarding a mail with a hyperlink in it - once forwarded the hyperlink is plain text - is there a setting in thunderbird when forwarding a hyperlink must remain a hyperlink and not plain text
I stopped using mail clients a while ago - but I think you can specify which format to use for forward and replies - text or html - usually both a global setting and one you can set on account to override the global.
sorry my mistake the forwarded email was not sent with thunderbird - so solved
