:+1: Welcome to Manjaro! :+1:

Please read this:

and post some more information so we can see what’s really going on. Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies…

  1. An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width would be the minimum required information… (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)
  2. What you’re expecting is just a warning. Does the BOINC work normally?

:+1:

P.S. If you enter a bit more details in your profile, we can also see which Desktop Environment you’re using, which CPU/GPU you have, …

  1. inxi output below
  2. Boinc Manager is not coming up. But, I can see the boinc processes are still running unmanaged.

I’m running a pretty vanilla Manjaro install with the Xfce desktop, bits and pieces of other desktop environments have been installed as dependencies for software I have installed. It’s up to date.

Most everything else you asked about is included in the inxi output.
A graphics device is on the motherboard. I don’t believe it includes a GPU.
