Your kernel is EOL. End-of-life. Dead.
Boot into a supported kernel and remove it.
ex:

sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux61
systemctl reboot
uname -r
sudo mhwd-kernel -r linux62

So install new one, reboot, select working kernel at grub, double check running kernel with uname, then remove EOL kernel. Then you should be able to update, etc.

sudo pacman -Syu

I booted into a supported kernel using GRUB and removed kernel I used.
But still it won’t let me update system for the same reason.

[2023-07-27T00:43:38+0300] [ALPM] removed linux63 (6.3.5-2)
[2023-07-27T00:43:25+0300] [ALPM] removed linux63-nvidia (530.41.03-11)
[2023-07-27T00:36:13+0300] [ALPM] removed linux62 (6.2.16-2)
[2023-07-27T00:36:01+0300] [ALPM] removed linux62-nvidia (530.41.03-12)

When I use Pamac to update system, it gives me this error:
target not found: python2-atomicwrites

Ok.
Using

sudo pacman -Syu

does help.
Maybe I should get used to using consol for updating.

There was a bug in one of the recent versions of libpamac that broke updates.
It should be fixed now if you are updated.

This is an AUR package.
pacman is for your repositories only.
You will need to update AUR packages using pamac or an AUR helper like paru. ex:

paru -Sua

As mentioned, it should be fixed now.
But I make no secret of believing the original arch package manager (pacman) is superior.
(not to mention there are still bugs in current pamac like settings not being applied or respected)
