You will need to switch into a tty (Ctrl+Alt+F3) and login with your username and password.

Then run:

sudo systemctl restart gdm

This will restart the GNOME Display Manager systemd service and should resolve your issue.

And please avoid posting screenshots if you can type the text you’re seeing as pictures significantly increase forum overhead.
