NEVER remove packages manually from pacman for Nvidia, Manjaro has a tool to manage properly Nvidia, it is called mhwd (if you actually know exactly what you are doing then I guess it could be fine to directly work with pacman, but you seem to not know exactly what you are doing). Same goes for managing kernels, use the Manjaro tool called mhwd-kernel. Try installing kernel 5.10 (linux510) from chroot, and reboot. You have one of the oldest LTS kernel available, and a non existent kernel… nice.
