Extermely Poor Performance

I’m getting extremely poor performance intermittently in KDE Desktop with Kernel 5.9.11-3-MANJARO x86_64. I’m hoping someone could provide troubleshooting steps. Poor performance is usually marked by applications failing to launch (that usually worked fine before), the system applications such as menu, search features, etc being EXTREMELY slow or unresponsive at all, window switching or closing being incredibly slow.

Can it be that you have a mixture of KDE stable packages and the developer packages based on git?
