Evince too slow to open xfce

Evince is too slow to open in xfce. Why?

There any best alternative to xfce, while this problem is not solved?

Please, I use Manjaro xfce all the time.

Look for xdg-desktop-portal in the installed packages. If you see xdg-desktop-portal-gnome - deinstall it and install xdg-desktop-portal-gtk instead.

I remove xdg-desktop-portal-gnome and it seems ok now.

I loose your last message, because I did not click in Activate button. Can I recover it?
