As the title says. I have set English as system language in “Region & Language” (I use Gnome), all the system is in English (Gnome-shell, apps’ menus, etc.) except the command-line output of pamac. Pamac’s GUI is correctly displayed in English, but the updates given when executing updates or installing packages are in the “original” Italian. It’s not a big deal, but for consistency’s sake I would prefer to have a uniform OS. Why does pamac still “write” in Italian? What can be done?
I have followed the instructions. The locales were all correctly installed. I re-built the locales and the problem is now fixed.
