I do not think this is related to KDE but that’s what I use.
After leaving the machine on for several hrs it drops internet. Only way to get it back so far is a reboot. Connect and disconnect has no results.
Any ideas where to look?

which ethernet card? What driver are you using? Kernel version? An inxi output would be helpful here:

What is the LAN lease time in the router config? Setting it to 24 hours (86400) might help.
Will have to figure that out. never tried.

After updating my system my network devices are not working. Also the system is taking much longer time to boot. I’ve already tried downgrading my network manager but that didn’t solve the issue.
