Your problem may be similar to another reported recently where the solution was to refresh mirrors - have you tried that?

sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syu

Please prefix any commands whose output you want to share here with “LANG=C”, like so… LANG=C sudo pacman -Syu Have you tried refreshing your mirrors first? sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syu
