"Error: you need to load the kernel first"

I turned my computer on this morning, and it won’t turn on. It just says “Error: you need to load the kernal first” and then brings me to a manjaro linux page with advanced options, memory tester and grub commandline. Can somebody tell me how I can make my computer turn on or how to load kernal? I really don’t know much about computers, and i just hope that this won’t erase all my laptop data.

Looks like a partial upgrade or a missing kernel… either way you probably need to (re)install a kernel.
