Error: /loader/loader.conf does not exist

when i try to update or install a new kernel i face these warning but everything seem to work fine

Couldn't find EFI system partition. It is recommended to mount it to /boot or /efi.

 Alternatively, use --esp-path= to specify path to mount point.

Do you use systemd-boot? If so, then you have maintain in manually.
