I am now waiting for the result from gnome-disks (before that I checked with btrfs check /dev/sda2, it said that there were no errors). If you can’t fix it this way, then is it possible to reinstall only the root partition, and save all the files on home?
UPD: gnome-disks didn’t help 
UPD2: I still decided to reinstall Manjaro
