"Enable VAAPI as backend for DXVA2 GPU decoding" is grayed out in wine-staging

I have installed wine-staging with all the dependencies. But “Enable VAAPI as backend for DXVA2 GPU decoding” is grayed out. Is there any solution for it?
My wine version is wine-5.16 (Staging)

I have working VAAPI and VDPAU.
