My system will freeze at random, it won’t let me use the keyboard, the mouse cursor usually can be moved but it can’t actually do anything. It doesn’t unfreeze until I reboot by holding down the button on my PC. I’ve looked through the similar topics but none of the solutions there work. I’d appreciate any help and I will give any requested info

I’ve also noticed that using the media keys always causes the system to freeze, though it still happens at other times
