Modem manager gui removes sms in the SIM

Hi,

I’m using Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS and modem manager gui 0.0.16. I recently found that the sms messages in my sim is automatically removed by your software(gui) when I enable the sim inside it. This is really a bad issue. As a result, when I switch the sim back to my phone I can’t find any message in it. There is no copy option in the gui so that I can copy messages to sim. Please give a resolution to get my messages in the SIM without using my network sms option. It’s a pretty urgent need so reply to this email as soon as possible.

This is Manjaro Linux forum.

On Manjato, all branches, the package modem-manager-gui is at version 0.0.20-2.

Not our software since you run Ubuntu. Even if you would be running Manjaro, still the modem-manager-gui is not OUR software.

If you don’t know the difference between Manjaro and Ubuntu, then maybe you shouldn’t be running GNU/Linux at all. :roll_eyes:
