Edit file on remote Linux server

I want to keep all my files on my Desktop and access them from my Laptop. I can connect using SSH but how do I edit a remote file?
The Desktop has Linux Mint
The Laptop has Manjaro (LM would not install)
I prefer to use LibreOffice Writer.
None of the Manjaro apps I have tried will access a remote file.

SOLVED: I found the Notes on Dolphin File Mgt.
