Dual monitor setup 144hz/60hz

So im running dual monitor setup atm refresh rate is set to 144hz on the primary one and on ufo test only getting ~60fps by disconnecting the second monitor which is 60hz fps jump to 144, i googled it seen that few people have the same problem but i cant find the solution.
