Dual monitor nvidia setup

Hello,
I have an issue with my two displays locked at 60Hz even though my main display is 144Hz (using an RTX 3060 Ti) . Also, Manjaro always uses the second screen before logging in. I looked at @bogdancovaciu 's solution to multiple people but I still don’t understand what to change because i’m still really new to Linux in general.
Here’s my /etc/X11/mhwd.d/nvidia.conf
