System keeps crashing when not even running alot of apps

i recently installed manjaro kde on my laptop (asus x541uvk)
and the system keeps crashing randomly i updated my bios to 308 but it didn’t fix it,
so when the crash happens i’m just not doing anything intensive, and even when no apps are even open, and then i can just move the mouse but i cant click on anything or hover to see the tooltips, and the keyboard won’t work either, and i just have to hard shutdown the system by pressing down the power button for 5s,
now the only thing i can do is pressing ctrl + alt + F2 , to enter the shell area and then i can enter user and pass to run commands,
