This is a common problem, since Windows bootloader and Grub are notorious for mutual disrespect 
Any new approaches out there?

[SOLVED]
Today I may be the bearer of excellent news, to those of you, who wish to add a Win 10 installation to manjaro and encounter frustrating and persistent bootloader conflict.
Try replacing Grub with rEFInd.
For me, just default install with no option modifications, worked like a charm.
After installing rEFInd, using Pamac, I installed Windows 10 and the dual boot is perfect.
