Dropbox: sign in lands at Invalid URL

Fresh installation of Dropbox on fresh installation of Manjaro.

Only one other linked device at my Basic Dropbox account.

Tried dozens of time to sign in, but keep landing at the dropbox page:

Error Invalid URL. Please check your client for a new one.”

I have searched, can’t find any solutions. Lots out there about recent signature issues, but I don’t know how any of it translates to a solution here.
