DroidCam as a microphone: Problem with using Loopback hw:0,1 in browser

Hi.
I started using DroidCam via USB with my Android device. I would like to use the sound from my earphones, which are connected to the smartphone as a microphone, for a web conference, as I do not have the corresponding connections on the PC.

The audio signal can be received via the “Loopback: PCM (hw:0.1)” device in Audacity. I don’t know how to make settings via PulseAudio, nor how to use the signal as a microphone in the browser. In ungoogled(Chromium), no microphone is detected with Jitsi or BigBlueButton (different from the transmitted video, but that is beside the point).

With the sounddevice module for python, the following devices are displayed:

21 upmix, ALSA (8 in, 8 out)
22 vdownmix, ALSA (6 in, 6 out)
* 23 default, ALSA (32 in, 32 out)

I have searched around and thought I could find more settings via AlsaMixer, but I don’t really know what to do.
How can I proceed to get the signal to be recognisable as a microphone for the browser?
Thanks for reading.
