Drm content on raspberry pi 4 firefox

i tried to play a video in firefox but it says drm is not enabled .
i am running manjaroo kde plasma with firefox on pi 4.

aarch64 does not have access to widevine, which is needed for DRM content.

What you can do is install chromium-docker, which installs an armv7h Chromium in a docker container and install the widevine plugin into that.

actually i am new to this platform so kindly provide me instructions to install chromium-docker and further…

Open pamac aka Add/Remove software.

Search chromium-docker

Install it and wait for it to get installed.

Run chromium-docker once installed.

If it fails to run then remove it and install it again.

the widevine’s library seems not to be updated. (amazon).

This is on which browser?

I have tested the new aur package aur/chromium-docker 78.0.3904.97-4.
Version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu, running on Ubuntu 18.04 (32-bit). The problem with outdated widewine is since a few months. (I have just amazon to test)
Same issue with the community package, but at last I have sound with the aur package (pipewire). With the community package, I had no sound with pulseaudio or pipewire and the same widewine error .

Thanks for the update. I will look into it soon.
