Since upgrading to 4.20 both screen and sleep timeouts are limited to 60 minutes.
Previously it allowed several hours.
How can i fix this?

I dont know, but its been a recurring source of topics that light-locker was deprecated in favor of xfce4-screensaver and pretty much all related options are handled under that.
