I am currently trying to download wine staging, but the download always ends up stuck at “Cloning ceph build files…”
When i tried updating some other stuff, it also got stuck there.
I don’t even really know what that means, since i’m a very casual linux enjoyer.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I did, i just didn’t find anything. I don’t really even know how to phrase this, but thanks anyhow.
Just write “ceph” into it. Otherwise you don’t phrase it, you copy paste errors into google.

It’s not wasted if you can apply this next time. 
The ceph-libs package was recently dropped from the repositories and is now an AUR package, which means that updating it would require locally compiling and building it from sources.
Many people have already reported that attempting to build ceph-libs results in an error and/or a stuck build process — I’ve experienced this myself. Moreover, this package is related to python2, which is now deprecated — hence why it was dropped to the AUR.
You most likely don’t need ceph-libs, so best is to remove it from your system. 
pamac remove ceph-libs
