My HP Printer Does Not Work In USB 3 Ports?

Hi,

Running Manjaro KDE fully updated on a brand new desktop.
My HP printer would not work in any of my desktop’s USB 3 ports?
It only works in USB 2 ports.

The USB 2 ports are in the front, would rather the cable go to the back of the desktop.
Any ideas on how to make it work?
