Downloaded Mouse theme But cant find where to apply

I extracted the Folder in ./icons ./theme

but i cant find how to change it under Appearance

Have you checked Mouse settings, see if there are theme settings for it?

You should have a Mouse and Touchpad entry in Xfce’s settings.
