I’ve heard that i can make a full disk backup through timeshift but i was wondering if i can restore all my data after reinstalling Linux, is that possible?

I guess you will be able to restore it in case timeshift backups are available and if you have enabled (within Timeshift settings) backups of the /home and other directories.
