Spectacle doesn’t capture the second monitor. It only works on the primary screen. I have two identical hard drives on this same computer and spectacle works on my second hard drive. I believe it has to do with some kind of configuration in wayland or the settings. I even removed and reinstalled, but still only works on the primary screen.
