Post has been edited 11 times since forum was first created in 2020 and I cannot see the edit history to know when the CoC was appended
If it had been posted as a 2nd pinned topic more people might have noticed

Not very good for maintaining order when you have to check and cite 3 different locations
Users have a Welcome badge if they have read the FAQ, but no way of knowing if they have read either of the Guidelines
Users can flag posts that violate Community Guidelines (Forum Rules in Wiki)
but there is no link to the Strict Forum Rules and Guidelines and Code of Conduct
