Audio crackles when changing volume (Pulseaudio)

When sound is playing and I change the volume slider, the audio starts crackling.
I use a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 sound card.

Loading ~/.config/pulse/default.pa or module-udev-detect does not fix the issue.

I fixed it by removing pulseaudio and installing pipewire! Thanks for the quick reply :smiley:

I think this is generally good advice. Pipewire is pretty good and I recommend it over PulseAudio.
