Does Manjaro for WSL2 using wsldl come with a GUI pre-installed?

Firstly I’m accessing manjaro on windows via wsl so I have to start any GUI apps from the terminal. Is there a GUI pre-installed or do I have to install one with pacman?

That is Windows Subsystem for Linux … not Manjaro.
The 3 official Desktop Environments provided with the ISO are fully functional GUIs as can be seen in download page Manjaro - Downloads

If you are referring to this project

is not done by any of Manjaro team members … so, ask more about on their project page.
