Wifi cannot be activated

Hi!

on a Thinkpad X230 with latest Manjaro Installation it’s not possible to activate Wireless connection anymore.
I am running XFCE. The Network Widget shows an unchecked box “activate wireless network”. (I have a German installation, but this should be the right translation). But it is not possible to check the box.

The installation was running over 2 years without problems. Now after an update the last days, it’s not working anymore.

I tried to put in a wireless usb dongle to get internet connection again, but also this stick was shown as “wireless connection not activated”. So I can only post a real “screenshot” :slight_smile:

I tried:

$ sudo ip link set 2lp3s0 up
RTNETLINK answers: Operation not possible due to RF-kill
$ rfkill list all
0: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: yes
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: yes
$ sudo rfkill unblock all
$ rfkill list all
0: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: yes
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: yes

No change. Using my FN-Keys for Wifi also do not change the Hard Blocked to no.

Physical switch like that?
