(99% sure I cant avoid hard reset when input devices dont work and there is no display)

Are you sure your input device (keyboard) dont work? Press numlock key on your Keyboard and look if the LED is Power On/Off.

Or Capslock LED.

If you see feedback, you can revive your PC with Reisub.
If you have a PC or Laptop idk (most Laptops dont have this LEDs as far as i know), since you not posted your system yet.

You can also try different Kernels and report back what Kernels did you used already.
