Disabling IRQ #7 message at boot - Performance loss and loud CPU fan

I get this Disabling IRQ #7 message after reboots and there’s a noticeable performance loss after that I can’t seem to fix. It’s most noticeable when I’m using Blender and render with Cycles. Very simple projects that wouldn’t normally give me any trouble suddenly cause my CPU to jump to 100% usage and the fan kicks on very loud when it’s normally silent.

I’m running Kernel 5.14.10-1, but it happens with 5.4 and 5.10 as well. I fixed it one other time by switching to 5.14, and now that it’s back I’ve tried reinstalling 5.14, updating my BIOS, and reinstalling video-linux but nothing helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to add that my CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 3400g and I’m running Plasma 5.22.5
