Difference between Stable Update and Stable Staging Update

In the announcement section, there is a branch called Stable staging updates. What’s the differences between the Stable one and Stable Staging one?

Hi,

AFAIK staging is just before stable. It’s very close, just making sure everything is … stable. Before releasing it. Which is stable.

If I’m wrong, please feel free to correct me.
