Probably you need to install Windows on a single drive and then install Manjaro on the second.

I’ve just checked and there are seemingly no options for AHCI to be enabled. However Raid is definitely disabled.

There is something on the second drive, remaining from Windows.

AHCI is enabled in IDE/sata options … and it really looks like a bios setting not enabled/disabled

Can you load the default settings in the Bios ?

Can you try to format the ssd, where you want to install Manjaro, with console ?

fdisk -l
cfdisk /dev/xxx
mke2fs -ext4 /dev/xxx
