Libvirtd service dies within two minutes from starting

libvirtd.service always dies within two minutes after start:

I’ve discovered this when I was investigating issue of Android emulator being extremely slow, and what’s worse making the machine itself laggy to the point of being unusable. I suspect that these two issues might be connected.
I pretty confident that emulator was quite fast when I installed Manjaro a few years ago, but I don’t use emulator often enough to pinpoint when it has changed.
