Delete files very slow

Hello,

I don't know if it is a real issue, but deleting files or folders is very slow. When deleting using right click on a file this symbol (one in a circle) appears:

and it lasts for ever (just kidding) until the file was moved into the wastebin.

Does anyone know more about this situation?

How to provide good information in your posts

The problem is it is moving it to trash. shift+Right Click gives the option to delete and is a darn sight quicker.
