solved back screen by
sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syyu plasma-desktop plasma-framework kf5 qt5-base
but unable to project on second screen
and other problems presist

Also I see many other issues, just to list a few:
you are using an EOL kernel, Kernel 5.9 is dead stop using it because it will soon disappear from Manjaro, install 5.10, reboot, and remove 5.9. (you are actually on 5.10 but you removed/installed/removed… linux59) Stay on 5.10 for the next 5 years it will be OK. Remove all non LTS kernel as you maintain nothing, keeping EOL kernel could just add other issues later on…

So your thread is misleading, the title should be “Manjaro broken after I abused the shit out of it”
Come on man, make an effort to learn the proper way to do things because if you continue to treat your Manjaro like that you’ll just continuously have issues and waste people’s time here.
You made such a mess I would simply start fresh, backup your files, reinstall the OS, and stop abusing it, do some maintenance sometimes, always carefully read your screen when you do administration tasks, and do the things the proper way they were intended to be done, especially regarding video drivers and kernel management.
//EDIT: check Manjaro WIKI or even the Arch WIKI (despite the info there not being 100% accurate sometimes for Manjaro, it is still a very valuable WIKI to check), and learn from here, do forum searches or even ask on the forum if you’re not sure when you want to do things (don’t ask for everything always try to find by yourself first). The good thing is that you have a good margin of progress in your learning 
Sorry for the inconvenience caused , you are right I forgot I uninstalled the kde_wallet blindly .
Then my breath2 theme was unable to load so I tried to install it by chrooting from a USB live stick
after that It gave me a black screen with a mouse pointer i made some google searches and saw
a post on which removing nvidia fixed a similar problem so I did that it didn’t worked for me so
I removed the kernel and when it didn’t helped I reinstalled the kernel.I then again tried and tried to upgrade/install the plasma
sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syyu plasma-desktop plasma-framework kf5 qt5-base
It made the desktop back and here I am.

No problem that is how you learn (the hard way) but in the future be focused when you install or remove things, the system will tell you what is going to happen (unless you use the --noconfirm switch like I saw in your pacman log 
don’t do that).
You can get away from reinstalling the OS but this is my recommendation because I didn’t read the full log since it started in January, and I may have missed a lot more issues, and there might be more core components broken and sometimes it is easier to just start fresh and clean, instead of fixing piece by piece the OS. You may have restored most packages you removed and not missing a lot, but I wouldn’t waste too much time on it and reinstall to be sure.
You can do as you prefer and not reinstall the OS, but if you have weird issues at least you know it probably comes from the errors you made previously.
