There was a similar topic a while ago - also about deepin-kwin
In that topic it was the deepin-polkit-agent which would pull deepin-kwin package. Removing the the packages belonging the the deepin group solved the issue.
You have a package in the update queue which has dependency on deepin-kwin
Do not replace kwin with deepin-kwin - instead remove the package which wants to pull deepin-kwin.
Please tidy your system before you update
Since you do not have deepin-kwin installed - you can try search the meta-data to see which package(s) will pull deepin-kwin
pacman -Sii deepin-kwin
Or see what packages you have belonging to the deepin group
pacman -Qg deepin
Most likely you have a package from the deepin group on your system - perhaps you removed deepin long time ago but forgot the one package which now back to bite you.
pamac search deepin | grep Installed
