Deactivate ctrl+shift+u

I would like to deactivate the ctrl+shift+u keybinding. It’s a keybinding that trigger the unicode code point input mode; it is active in many applications, but not all. It also acts at a higher level that the application itself, making in-app rebinding impossible. I also cannot find anything in keybindings settings with the keywords ‘input’ ‘method’ ‘unicode’ or ‘ibus’. Is there a setting somewhere to deactivate this?

This doesn’t work at all on KDE/QT apps. It is a keybinding that works on GTK apps.

Thanks for your answer. Yes that would explain why only certain applications are affected.
