In my manjaro server, if I type date it returns 1 hour later than my current time. If I edit tzselect to England it says it worked but still shows 1 hour later.
Is the system fully updated? How about if you use the GUI in Manjaro Settings Manager-Time and Date? I am on Unstable branch and tzdata was upgraded today, 10/4/2021.
