I assume you mean your cursor… trouble is we don’t know what you’re using.
You’re using Plasma. I’m not sure how BIG you think it should be - here’s the Breeze mouse cursor…
Due to its limitations, X11 doesn’t scale the mouse cursor on high-DPI screens. Wayland does.
